Tribute to Former Board Member Lee M. Zosa

Today, we honor the life and legacy of the late Hon. Lee M. Zosa, former Board Member of the Province of Samar, who peacefully passed away on September 26, 2025.

Hon. Zosa dedicated decades of his life to public service—beginning as Acting Vice Governor of Samar in 1987, then as a long-serving Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member in multiple terms from 1988 to 2001, and once again from 2013 to 2022. Throughout his tenure, he exemplified integrity, commitment, and compassion for the welfare of his constituents.

His tireless efforts and unwavering dedication to the people of Samar left a mark not only on those he served but also on his colleagues who deeply respected him as a leader and as a friend. His passing is not only a great loss to his beloved family but also to the entire Province of Samar, where he is remembered with gratitude and honor.

On behalf of the Provincial Government of Samar, we extend our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the late Hon. Lee M. Zosa. May his life of service inspire future generations to continue the noble work of building a better and more compassionate Samar.
