The Provincial Health Office convened the Local AIDS Council today September 30, 2025 at PHO Conference Room for a strategic meeting to discuss the following:

1. Critical updates on HIV/AIDS trends with Samar HIV case of 388 as June 2025 RESU data.
2. Foundational knowledge through HIV 101,
3. Case management challenges and successes,
4. The gap in STI screening in health facilities,
5. And lasty to chart a clear path forward through shared agreements and commitments
