This 35-day Dance Education and Cultural Initiative of the Provincial Government of Samar, in collaboration with and supported by the Department of Tourism–Eastern Visayas (DOT Region VIII), gathers over 100 participants both students and choreographers from Calbayog City.

Spearheaded by renowned choreographer Douglas Nierras as Lead Trainer and Facilitator, the program aims to nurture the next generation of dance artists, promote cultural continuity, and strengthen community identity — positioning Samar as a hub for arts, culture, and tourism.
