The Provincial Health Office convened a Provincial Health Board Meeting at SP Hall where they discussed several resolutions to pass including:

1. A resolution requesting the issuance of an Executive Order (EO) to reconstitute the Provincial Implementing Team for the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health (RPRH) Law.
2. A resolution to enact an ordinance establishing a community-based mental and neurologic health delivery system in the Province of Samar.
3. A resolution to enact an ordinance regulating the use, sale, distribution, advertisement, and promotion of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes.
4. A resolution to enact an ordinance implementing Zero Open Defecation (ZOD) and creating a Provincial Implementation and Evaluation Team in the Province of Samar.
   The Province of Samar thru the Leadership of Governor Ann Tan is working hand in hand and empowering health initiatives in Public Health.
