The Provincial Government of Samar, through the Samar Provincial Youth Development Office – SIRAK Kabataan, Samar Provincial Health Office and the Samar Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office facilitated a 3-day Training of Trainers in partnership with the Department of Education – Health and Nutrition Unit and other key partners in building a stronger foundation of care, compassion, and connection for our learners and school communities.
