Our visitors delighted in the rich flavors of Samar, with many gravitating toward the freshly prepared Tahong Barbecue, Lumpia nga Tahong, Baduya nga Pasayan, and Baduya nga Ube cooked onsite. Every bite told a story of tradition, community, and the love Samar pours into its cuisine. 💕
We were also honored to welcome distinguished guests and VIPs, including DOT Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, TESDA Secretary Suharto Mangudadatu Benitez, local officials, DOT representatives, and Slow Food delegates from across the globe.
