Governor Sharee Ann Tan personally paid a courtesy visit to PBGen Jason L. Capoy, the newly installed Regional Director of Police Regional Office 8.

During their meeting, Governor Tan discussed her administration’s plans for Samar, to ensure the continued stability of public safety and peace and order in the province.

She also highlighted one of Samar’s flagship initiatives, the One Values Program (OVP), which is a moral recovery and values transformation campaign that reaches all age groups and promotes family, inclusivity, women and children’s welfare, youth development, environmental protection, and spirituality.

For his part, PBGen Capoy expressed full support to the province’s programs, particularly those aligned with the PNP’s mission of safeguarding communities and maintaining peace and security in the region.
